It's that time of year—time to purchase a senior tribute!
We offer the parents of seniors priority to take advantage of this opportunity to celebrate the graduation of your child. By purchasing an ad, you can commemorate your child for completing this chapter of their life with personalized messages and photos.
The pages dedicated to seniors would include various options :
1/8 of a page–$85
1/4 of a page–$140
1/2 of a page–$230
1 full page–$410
***These are the early purchase prices which will increase promptly on
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2023!
Please keep in mind that there is a limited number of pages for ads, so don't delay!

PurChase & Fill out the senior ads contract form (Mandatory!)
In the ASB store, go to “Yearbook” under “Product Categories” and purchase the ad size of your choice. Payments can be processed online or dropped off at the ASB office.
Afterwards, please take your time to read and fill out this senior ads contract form.
***Space is only reserved once BOTH THE FORM & PAYMENT are received. If you are unable to pay immediately and would like to reserve a space, please email us.
The form will contain a section for you to submit your digital photos and message(s). Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format. For the sake of convenience, we will NOT be taking any physical pictures.
Recommended Number of photos per size:
1/8: 1-2 photos
1/4: 4-6 photos
1/2: 6-8 photos
Full: 10-20 photosThe deadline for ALL contracts and payments is SATURDAY, JANURARY 27, 2024.
If you would like to submit your photos and message(s) at a later time, put in “zero” or “N/A” for the question that requires you to input the number of photos provided. When you are ready with your photos and message(s), you can fill out the form again or simply email them to us at yearbook@ausd.net.
**While you DO NOT need to send us your photos and message(s) immediately after purchasing your ad, it would be in your best interest to submit them as soon as possible. The final deadline for the pictures and messages is MONDAY, FEBURARY 26, 2024!
2. Afterwards…
Once you submit your photos and messages, our staff will get started on designing your ad. This process usually takes 1-4 days to complete. To maintain the aesthetics of the yearbook, all ads will be designed completely by our staff while following design guidelines.
If there is a certain way you would like your ad to look like (ex: color, layout, etc.), feel free to tell us or send us a layout example.
When the ad is complete, the purchaser of the ad can expect an email containing a preview of the ad for approval.
